At STT FPV, we don’t hide behind fine print. We’re pilots too — we know how frustrating it is when gear doesn’t work as expected. That’s why if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ll make it right. No corporate scripts. Just honest support from someone who actually flies.
If you’re not sure whether your issue qualifies for a return, refund, or warranty — trust us, bro — get in touch and we’ll look after you.
We’re not here to fight over prop money. We’re here to build the local FPV scene and earn your trust.
1. Returns for Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- You provide proof of purchase
Exclusions:
We cannot accept returns on propellers, batteries, flight controllers, or electronic components once opened, due to safety and compatibility concerns.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A description of the problem
We’ll work quickly to sort it out with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
3. Warranty Claims
Most products sold by STT FPV are covered under manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods and coverage vary depending on the brand and item.
In general, we will cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) components (must be reported within 7 days)
We do not cover:
- Damage from crashes, incorrect wiring, water exposure, or firmware flashing
- Normal wear and tear
- Products modified or disassembled
To lodge a warranty claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the fault
- Photos or video showing the issue clearly
We may need to forward the claim to the manufacturer for assessment. Replacement or repair will be provided once approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of FPV products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Batteries (LiPo, Li-Ion)
- Propellers
- Motors (unless unused)
- Electronics (e.g., ESCs, VTXs, flight controllers once soldered or flashed)
5. How to Start a Return

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
